Lee, Sr., 49, prominent businessman and widely known resident of Lineville, was stricken with a heart attack early this morning at his home and died shortly after 2 o'clock at Clay County Hospital in Ashland. Mr. Lee, who was born in Randolph County but had been a resident of Lineville for many years, had wide Interests in the Clay County town. Hla father-in-law was the Rev. B. W. Mathews, one of the oldest Baptist ministers in the state. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Lineville with the Rev. Cecil Little, the Rev. B. B. Finley and the Rev. John Weathers officiating. He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Robert Cooper; one son, Howard, Jr.; five brothers, Solon and Bryan of Wedowee, Curtis of Oklahoma City, Elbert of Shawmutt and Ray Lee of Addison; two sisters, Mrs. Erastus Williams of Childersburg and Mrs. J.
