Anniston Star
Funeral services were conducted for John L. Lowrimore, 73, at the Union Baptist 
Church Sunday at 10 o'clock. Blair Funeral Home was in charge. Burial was in the 
church cemetery. Mr. Lowrimore was killed in an automobile accident near Union 
Church Friday night. He had made his home in Union for the past several years. He 
was a retired merchant who operated a store in Anniston for many years. Before 
moving to Clay County, he had also lived in Lamesa, Texas and Ragland.
