Services for Ms. Gwinnell Luker, 59, of Delta, Rt. 1, will be today at 2 p.m. at 
Mount Moriah Baptist Church with the Rev. Lewis Bowen and the Rev. Bill Mitchell 
officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home 
of Lineville in charge. The body will lie in state at the church an hour before 
services. Ms. Luker died Friday at University of Alabama Hospital at Birmingham. 
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Hilda Key of Delta; a son, Keith Luker of 
Delta; two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Foster and Mrs. Mae-dean Smith, both of West 
Point, Ga.; two brothers, Luna Luker of Lanett and Barron Luker of Delta; three 
grandchildren. Mrs. Luker was a Clay County native and lifelong resident. She was 
a member of the Mount Moriah Baptist Church.
