Anniston Star
Wilmer B. Luker, 57, of Delta, Rt. 1, died Monday at his residence after a short 
illness. y Services were scheduled for today at 3 p.m. at Benefield Funeral Home 
Chapel with Elder B. B. Finley officiating. Burial was to be in Clay County 
Memory Gardens. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Kathleen Luker; and a brother, 
Troy Luker of Delta. Pallbearers were Billy Luker, Donald Spears, Sam Jones, Lee 
New Jr., Michael Dardin and Kenneth Dardin. Mr. Luker was a member of Wesley's 
Chapel Congregational Christian Church, a veteran of World War II, employed at 
the Anniston Army Depot and was a farmer. He was a native of the Wesley's Chapel 
Community.
