Mrs. Carrie Barbour Mann 76 of 606, River View Apts Phenix City died at 2:40 p.m. 
Sunday at Cobb Hospital after a two-month illness She had lived in Phenix City 
for two years She formerly resided in Ashland Ala. She was born in Fort Valley Ga 
April 4, 1883, a daughter of the late Steven and Savannah Bearden Barbour. Mrs. 
Mann was a member of County Line Baptist Church, and the widow of Robert Mann. 
Survivors include two daughters Mrs. Louise Wade and Mrs. J.A. Kite both of 
Phenix City one brother Will Barbour Fort Valley Ga., a sister Mrs. J.E. McLeroy 
Abbeville Ga., five grandchildren nine great grandchildren and several nieces and 
nephews.
