M. F. Massey were seriously hurt. Their injuries finally proved fatal. Mr. Massey died last Wednesday, October 14th, and his wife joined him in the great beyond Monday, October 19th. Their remains were brought back to their old home in this county and laid to rest by their neighbors and friends in Pole Bridge cemetery. It will be remembered that following the accident, they, with other injured occupants of the ill-fated car, were carried to Sylacauga for treatment. They were cared for there until the end came. Mr. and Mrs. Massey were held in high esteem by a large circle of friends, to whom their untimely death is a great shock. They are survived by three daughters, Mrs. J. W. Wiliams, Mrs. W. H. Munroe and Mrs. W. H. Wesley. Additional Comments: Sarah Stringfellow-Massey ca 1850-1925 John M.F.
