Roanoke Leader
Talmadge Mathews, age 13, died Tuesday evening at the home of his mother, Mrs. 
Liddie Caldwell Mathews, on Peachtree Street. Funeral services will be conducted 
by Rev. Albert Daniel at Wesobulga Thursday morning at 11 o'clock with burial in 
the adjoining cemetery with Quattlebaum in charge. Besides his mother he is 
survived by a sister, Miss Kathleen Mathews; three grandparents, Mrs. H. N. 
Caldwell, Roanoke, and Mr. and Mrs. Dock Mathews, of Langdale.
