Lineville Headlight
After a lingering illness Mrs. S. E. McCain died on Friday April 21, and her 
remains were interred Saturday in the Olive Branch cemetery. The deceased was 
born June 22, 1854, and at the age of 15 was married to Mr. W. A. McCain, who 
died many years ago. She was a consistent member of the Methodist church and was 
a Christian woman of many noble traits of character. She is survived by four 
sons, three of whom reside in this community and the oldest son lives in the 
state of Texas.
