Anniston Star
Mrs. R. C. McColough, 76, died at her residence in Delta, Ala, at 12:30 yesterday 
afternoon. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Delta 
Baptist Church with the Rev. D. W. Burson officiating. Jones Funeral Home was in 
charge of the burial. Mrs. McColough is survived by two sons, John F. and Bryan 
McColough, both of Delta; and three daughters, Mrs. Noble Dial and Mrs. Vera 
Ingram, both of Delta, and Mrs. Eva Harris of Oxford. The pallbearers were Hop 
Sims, Robert Hudson, C. H. Dial, Hoyt Evans, Odel Cheatwood, and Walter Jones. 
Honorary pallbearers were Oscar Braswell, H. M. Preston, W. E. Reagan, Charlie D. 
Shaddix, Lum Kennedy, C P. Ingram and Allen Britt.
