Services for Henry F. McCollum, 84, of Lineville, Rt. 1, will be Saturday at 10 
a.m. at Spring Hill Christian Church with the Rev. Gordon Taylor and the Rev. 
Chester Craft officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery with 
Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville in charge. The family will receive friends 
until time of services at the funeral home. Mr. McCollum died Thursday at 
Lineville Nursing Facility. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ruby P. McCollum of 
Lineville; a daughter, Mrs. Glennelle Halpin of Auburn; a son, Joe Neil McCollum 
of Lineville; four sisters, Mrs. Donella Graben, Mrs. Birdie Whaley and Mrs. 
Mary Esther Bates, all of Lineville, and Mrs. Lucille Greenlee of Talladega; 
three grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. Mr. McCollum was a lifelong 
resident of Clay County. He was a retired farmer and a member of Spring Hill 
Christian Church
