Alexander City Outlook
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Lou McDaniel, 74, of Cragford, Rt. 1, who died 
Wednesday night at her home following an illness of two weeks, were held at 2 
p.m. Friday at Bethel Church with the Rev. Grady Birchfield and the Rev. Verso 
Wallace officiating. Burial followed in an adjoining cemetery, Radney Funeral 
Home in charge. Mrs. McDaniel was born in Clay County. She is survived by four 
daughters, Mrs. Inez Blankenship, Cragford, Mrs. Lovie James, Millerville, Miss 
Avis McDaniel, Cragford, and Mrs. Agnes McCain, Wadley, and six grandchildren, 
three great-grandchildren.
