Anniston Star
The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Meeks. Delta. Rt. 1, died at birth yesterday 
morning at 9:45 o'clock in the Talladega Hospital. Funeral services were held 
this afternoon at 1 o'clock at the Bethel Baptist Church at Delta. Burial was in 
the Bethel Cemetery. The child is survived by his parents, two brothers. Cecil 
and Eugene Meeks one sister. Mildred Meeks of Delta, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. K 
H. Capes of Tallapoosa GA., and grandmother, Mrs. S. E Meeks of Bowden Ga.

Note: Tombstone gives the death date as March 21. Newspaper Obit was run March 
21.
