Ashland Progress
Mrs. Matilda Mezzick was born December 29, 1885 and died February 26, 1921. She 
was a good Christian woman and had been for thirteen years a member of Mt. Carmel 
Congregational church. Her remains were laid to rest at Mt. Carmel cemetery 
Sunday afternoon, February 27, the funeral service being conducted by the writer 
and a large congregation attending. She was the mother of eight children.
