Ashland Progress
A child of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Miller, a little girl about two years old, was 
fatally burned at their home in LaGrange, Friday, its clothing having caught on 
fire from the fireplace in the home. Death followed Sunday and on Monday the 
remains were brought to Ashland. They were interred Tuesday in the cemetery at 
McDaniel's Chapel in the community where the parents formerly lived. Mr. Miller, 
the grief-stricken father, is a son of Mr. and Mrs. W.S. Miller of Ashland and 
several from here accompanied the funeral party to the burying.
