Dec. 18th 1872. She died at her home in Ragland, Alabama August 9th, 1929. She was a faithful sympathetic mother a devoted wife and a faithful congenial friend and neighbor. She leaves to mourn her sad death, a husband three sons, two daughters eighteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren an aged mother, five brothers and four sisters, eight children had already gone on before to await her coming. Having been a faithful member of Concord Baptist Church since she was 19 years old sister Milstead was brought to her old home community near Pyriton August 10th. On August 11th. after funeral services con ducted by the writer, her remains were laid to rest in the Concord cemetery, there to await the resurrection morning. May the Lord who is a very present help in time of need, comfort the bereaved family and lead them in the way that leads to the land of perfect day where there will be no sad parting but where all will be happy and free.
