Ashland Progress
Funeral services for Miss Della Milstead, 79, of Ashland Route, were held at 
Concord Church on September 7th at 2 p.m., conducted by Rev. H. H. Hardy of 
Sylacauga, assisted by Rev. D. Hurst, interment was in nearby cemetery. Blair was 
in charge of arrangements. Miss Milstead passed away in Clay County Hospital at 
an early hour on September 6th. She was a member of Mannings Chapel Church on 
Lineville Route. She is survived by one brother, Jack Milstead and u number of 
nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were James Milstead, Eldred Milstead, Frank 
Milstead, Ed Milstead, Lewis Milstead A. M. Milstead.
