Services for Mrs. Fannie M. Moncus, 93, of Lineville, Rt. 2, were Saturday at 
Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Lineville with the Rev. Glenn Cooper 
officiating. Burial was at the church cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in 
charge. Mrs. Moncus died Thursday at her daughter's residence In Talladega. 
Survivors Include two daughters, Mrs. Vernle Grogan and Mrs. Winnie Jacks, both 
of Talladega; two sons, Willard Moncus of Ashland and Wilford Moncus of Munford; 
10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Daniel Graben, 
Zenus Pettus Aaron Chapman, Kermit Ford, James Ford and Junior Ford. Mrs. Moncus 
was a native of Randolph County and had lived in Clay County for the past 50 
years. She was a housewife and member of Malone Methodist Church. In lieu of 
flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church 
building or cemetery fund.
