Gilead cemetery. Roanoke Leader Aug 28, 1935: Mrs. F. J. Moncus, aged 75, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. W. Jordan, with whom she had made her home for many years. She had been in feeble health for about a year, but a heart attack was the immediate cause of her death. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday morning at Mt. Gilead church in Clay County by Rev. W.
