Mrs. Donie Freeman Morris, 72, of Jesup Ga., died Tuesday at Wayne Memorial 
Hospital, Jesup, Ga. Services were scheduled today at 2 p.m. at Blair Brown-
Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerold Romine and the Rev. Gordon Taylor 
officiating. Burial was in New Harmony Cemetery, Cragford. Survivors include two 
daughters, Mrs. Minnie Jo Nordberry and Mrs. Mary Nell Horton, both of Jesup, Ga. 
five sons, R. J. Morris of Lineville, Hubert Morris of Wadley, Lavern Morris of 
Atlanta, Ga., Herman Morris of Jesup, Ga., and Lavelle Morris of Roanoke; two 
sisters, Mrs. Edie Estes of Cragford, and Mrs. Laura Mayo of Lineville, and 23 
grandchildren. Pallbearers were Dewayne Morris, Eugene Morris, Ray Davidson, 
James Nordberry, Lamar Landon and Mickey Morris.
