Alexander City Outlook
Funeral services for Mrs. Florence C. Motley were held Wednesday afternoon from 
the Motley Union. Mrs. Motley passed away at her home in Wadley Tuesday morning 
after a brief illness. Besides her husband Mrs. Motley is survived by two sons, 
Charles A. Motley. U. S. Navy; Wyatt Motley, now home from the S.W. Pacific; two 
daughters, Marily Cannon, of Knoxville Miss Marie Motley of Wadley; also two 
grandchildren; four brothers, W. C. A. W. and J. L. Nix, and three sisters, Mrs. 
Wales Stone, Mrs. R.C. Perry, Mrs. J. E. Broadway, all of Wadley. Interment in 
the adjoining cemetery. Sam Anderson Funeral Home.
