Was confined to his bed sixty-five days. He bore his afflictions with great patience and endurance. Had never jointed any church, but during his last days professed a hope, and said he was ready to go, said that he had been praying during his sickness and before, and felt that his prayers had been heard and answered, that he felt assured of a home in heaven. ''Blessed are they that die in the Lord, they shall see God." He was the son of Mrs. Nora Mullins. After funeral services by Rev W. M. Worthy, his body was laid to rest in the cemetery at Wesobulga. As a son he was a most obedient child, always ready to obey and administer to the wants of his mother. Had always been a moral sober boy, giving good advice to his brothers and associates. May his mother, brothers, sister and relatives be consoled by the bless ed thought that he, has gone home to heaven there to; remain forever with Christ and the redeemed. During his sickness he sang that sweet song "Asleep in. Jesus" and said "Mama isn't that a sweet song." W. L.
