Ashland Progess
Funeral services were conducted this afternoon (Thursday) from the Millerville 
Baptist Church for Miss Dillie Bell Nelson, 69, Ashland, daughter of the late Mr. 
and Mrs. Hiram Nelson. Miss Nelson died early Wednesday, May 30, in a Tuscaloosa 
hospital. Survivors include six brothers and three sisters. They are: W. T. 
Nelson, Mrs. C. F. Thorpe, and Lee Nelson of Millerville; Mrs. W. J. Humphrey, 
Goodwater; J. D., Z. B., and Cecil Nelson of Albertville; Mrs. W. E. Williamson, 
Ashland; and Coode Nelson, Anniston. Blair was in charge of funeral arrangements.
