Funeral services will he held 11 o'clock this morning for Mrs. S. E. Newsome, 
82-year-old resident of near Delta, who died of burns at her residence at 7 
o'clock Friday night. Services will be conducted at the with the Rev. Frank 
Ingram officiating. Interment will be in Goodhope Cemetery with Usery in charge. 
Mrs. Newsome received fatal burns when her clothing caught fire while she was 
standing near a stove. Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Exa Miller of Delta, 
Mrs. Ola Strickland and Mrs. Lula Kyser of Pyriton, Mrs. Ola Strickland of 
Kapperi Tex. Mrs. Donah Moore of Brownsville Tx, and Mrs. Mary Carter of 
Geraldine; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Miller, Mrs. Lizzie Jenkins, Mrs. Alice 
Hardy of Delta and five brothers, James, J.W. and Charles McClintock of Texas, 
C. C. McClintock of Doodsday, Fla, and Neal McClintock of Arizona.
