Ashland Progress
Final rites for Mrs. Ethel Ogle, 64, were held at Pleasant Hill Church on October 
3rd, conducted by Reverends Wesley Glover, Bobby Richardson and Berney Burch. 
Interment was in church cemetery with Blairs Funeral Directors in charge of 
arrangements. Pallbearers were Rayford Robinson, Buck Williams, Elmer Mun-roe, 
Marlin Jones, Robert McVey, James Smith. Mrs. Ogle passed away at her home on 
October 2nd. Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Tinney Sargent, one son, J. L. 
Ogle, four daughters, Mrs. Arba Whithead, Mrs. Jack Smith, Mrs. Herbert Wood and 
Mrs. Brown of Ashland. Five sisters, Mrs. William Clark, Mrs. Guy Stewart, Mrs. 
Homer Munroe, Mrs. Jessie Davidston, Mrs. Vance Crawford.
