Clarence Herbert Orr, age 61, Rt. 1, Wadley, passed away at his home Sunday, July 
10, at 1 a. m. Mr. Orr is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruby Moncus Orr; 2 sons, 
Joe, U. S. Navy, and Jimmy, Rt. 1, Wadley; 1 daughter, Mrs. Jessie Gouge, 
Knoxville, Tenn.; 1 brother, V. E. Orr, Talladega; and 1 sister, Mrs. Robert 
Kirkland, Fort Davis. Funeral services for Mr. Orr were to be conducted 
Wednesday, July 13, at 3 p. m. from the Corinth Baptist Church in Clay County, 
with Rev. Joe Rush and Rev. Hollis Horn officiating. Burial was to be in the 
church cemetery, Quattlebaum-Brown Service Funeral Home in charge of 
arrangements.
