Rev. Frank Ingram, pastor, conducted the services. Interment was at the church cemetery, with Usery Undertaking company in charge. Mr. Parker is survived by his wife and nine children; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sims Parker, of near Lineville; and four brothers and two sisters. He was well known throughout this section. He was a good fanner, for the past two years having marketed the first bale of cotton in Talladega. He was killed instantly Tuesday afternoon in an automobile accident on the Lincoln highway.
