Daily Home
The funeral service for Willie Parker, 87, will be held at Concord Baptist Church 
at a time to be announced. Officiating will be the Rev. C. H. Shaw and the Rev D. 
Hurst. Burial will be at Concord Cemetery. Mr. Parker died Thursday at Citizens 
Hospital. Survivors are five daughters, Mrs. Lily Watson of Talladega, Mrs. Elsie 
McKay of Mrs. Zera Tant of Georgia. Vicie Phillips of Roanoke, Mrs. Cassie 
Pritchett of Lanette; nine sons, David and W. L. of Talladega. John and Roy of 
Clay County, Troy and Arthur of Anniston, Otis of Tuscaloosa, Emmett of 
California, Bobby Joe of New Jersey, Carl of Fort Payne.
