Services for Mrs. Mary Ann Patterson, 92, of 2130 Douglas Drive, Oxford, will be 
Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Miller Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Don Cross 
officiating. Burial will be in Mount Ararat Cemetery in Clay County. The family 
will receive friends tonight at the funeral home where the body will be through 
services. Mrs. Patterson died Saturday at Mary Brandon Nursing Home. Survivors 
include three daughters, Mrs. Flora P. Cooper of Kansas City, Kansas, Mrs. 
Genell Kingery of Sheckelford, Va., and Mrs. Clara P. Mattox of Talladega two 
sons, Thomas J. Patterson of Oxford and John T. Patterson of Sylacauga; 18 
grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Mrs. 
Patterson was a resident of Calhoun County for the past five years and was a 
resident of Clay County most of her life. She was a member of Mount Moriah 
United Methodist Church in Clay County.
