Ashland Progress
Mr. H. M. Patterson died at his home in the Campbell's Crossroads community on 
November 24th and was buried at Mineral Springs cemetery on the 26th. Rev. J. N. 
Floyd conducted the service and was assist. ed by Hon. H. J. Carwile and W. C 
Dempsey. He is survived by his wife and seven children. Mrs. Eunice Caldwell, 
Miss Lestra Patterson, Miss Alma Patterson of Pyriton, Forrest Patter son, 
Birmingham, Earnest Patterson, Tuscaloosa, Marion and Morris Patterson of the U. 
S. Army. Pallbearers were H. L. Dean, J. A Handley, W. C. Styles, T. R. Rayburn. 
S. L. Noble and A. L. McCrutchin. Blair directed.
