Lineville Headlight
Mr. R. F. Peacock died at his home near Delta Wednesday morning at 5:00 o'clock. 
He was about 72 years old and had always lived at the place where he died. He was 
a brave Confederate Soldier in the Sixties, was a true and devoted husband and 
father and a good citizen. He is survived by a widow, seven sons and five 
daughters. His remains were laid to rest in the Shiloh cemetery Thursday and the 
funeral services were conducted by Revs. H. H. Goodman and F. J. Ingram.
