Anniston Star
Mrs. Shirley G. Pointer, 23. of 1706 W. 13th St., died Monday at 9:15 p.m., at 
Anniston Memorial Hospital after a short Illness. Funeral services will be held
Wednesday at 2 p.m., at Milleville Baptist Church with burial in Millerville 
Cemetery with Gray Brown - Service Mortuary in charge.  She is survived by her 
husband, Curtis Pointer; and one sister, Mrs. Linda Tyler of Anniston. Mrs. 
Pointer had lived in Anniston most of her life. She was a native of Talladega 
County. The body will lie in state at the residence until time of services.
