Lineville Headlight
Mrs. Cora Powell, wife of Mr. W. W. Powell, died at the family residence on 
Lineville Route Thursday, November 13th, after an illness of several months.
The deceased was 30 years of age and a member of the Methodist church. Her record 
had been an enviable one. On Friday last the funeral services were conducted by 
Rev. Marshall Johnson and the interment took place in the [Black's] Chapel 
cemetery.

The Funeral Home record for Eliza E. DeVaughn-Pearson states she was buried at 
Black's Chapel Clay County, AL.,
