Lineville Headlight
After an illness of sixteen days Mrs. Bettie Prestridge, daughter of Mr. Frank 
Evans, laid aside the mortal for the immortal. She leaves a husband and a sweet 
little babe six months old. She was loved by all who knew her. Notwithstanding 
the busy season and beautiful day for farm work, there were more people attended 
her burial, at Black's Chapel, the church of which she was an exemplary member 
from childhood, than could be comfort' ably seated in the church house. Her death 
occurred on the 17th of June 1909, and her remains were interred on the 18th.
