Ashland Progress
Henry C. (Flap) Price, 45, were held at Blairs Funeral Chapel at 3 o'clock p.m. 
on September 30th, conducted by Rev. G. L. Armstrong and Rev. Berny Burch. 
Interment was in City Cemetery with Blair Funeral Directors in charge. 
Pallbearers were Everett Willis, Morris Willis, Newman Davidson, Pearce Elliott, 
Gay Elliott, Leon Cruise. Mr. Price passed away in Clay County Hospital, after 
only a few days illness. He was an employee of Willis Oil Co. Survivors include 
his wife; five sons, Henry Clay Price, Los Angeles, Calif.; Tillman Evans, Hugh, 
Randall, Ashland, Horace, Sylvester, Ga.; three daughters, Mrs. Norma Edge, 
Sylvester, Ga., Mrs. Dale Jones, Flint Mich., Miss Shirley Price, Sylvester, Ga. 
His mother, Mrs. Claudia Price, Talladega; two sisters, Mrs. Grady Parker, 
Talladega, Mrs. Clyde M. Smith, Montgomery; one brother, Owen E. Price, 
Talladega; five grandchildren.
