Lowe, Saturday afternoon at 2:20 o'clock, after a lingering illness. She was 93 years of age lacking only 9 days. Mrs. Rasco was born near old Wesobulga and lived in that vicinity and near Mellow Valley until she moved to Ashland about forty years ago. She was the widow of Chas. J. Rasco, who died about 12 years ago. To them were born one son and two daughters. The son died in childhood. but the two daughters, Mrs. R.P. Hamlin and Mrs. W. I. Lowe are still living and reside in Ashland. Mrs. Rasco is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 21 great grand-children, and 2 great-great grand-children. The deceased was a devout Christian and possessed many graces of mind and heart which endeared her to a very large circle of friends. Her long life was filled with useful deeds and many there are who revere her memory. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at County Line by her pastor, Rev. Frank J. Fleming, and Rev. F. J. Ingram, and her remains were interred in County Line cemetery.
