Ashland Progess
J. B. Ray, one of the splendid citizens of the county, died at his home in the 
Good Hope community Monday following an ill ness of several weeks. He was about 
59 years of age and was an old resident of that community he leaves a wife, four 
daughters and two sons and his death is also mourned large circle of relatives 
and friends. The remains were buried at Concord cemetery Tuesday.
