E. Ray. Funeral services were held Saturday evening from the Baptist Church, Rev. S. J. Ingram. The Pallbearers were: J. A. Bell, G. R. Linton, W. H. McDaniel, W. G. Johnston, C.E. Smith and N. G. Hubbard. The body was laid to rest in the Lineville Cemetery. Mr. Ray had been sick only a few days with pneumonia and had previously visited his family here. He had been with the Dixie Construction Company as foreman oi the Uarpanter Crew at Leeds, Ala. Mr. Ray was a good citizen, calmly disposed and thoughtful in conversation. A good man has passed away.
