Funeral services were today at 2:30 p.m. at the Blair Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Parker and Elder B. Finley officiating. Burial win be in the Ashland City Cemetery. Survivors include his wife. Mrs. Molly Ray. three daughters, Mrs. Katie Satarino of Dallas. Mrs. Dorothy McClain of Gadsden, and Mrs. Patsy Barton of War Hawk AFB Mich., two stepsons. C. J. Jordan Jr. of Levelland, Tex., and W. F. Jordan of Metairie La., five sisters. Mrs. Nina Green and Mrs. Mattie Mattox and Mrs. Juliette Dunaway all of Ashland Mrs. Ewie Dean of Talladega, Mrs. Mildred Woods of Sexton, four brothers O. P. Ray of Alexandria City, James Ezra Ray of Lindale, Tex., R. B. Ray of North Augusta S.C. and Claude Ray of Edgefield S.C., nine-grandchildren. Mr. Ray was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Lindale. He was a native of Clay County and has resided in Texas for about 50 years.
