Anniston Star
James R. Rice, 56, of Lineville, Rt 2, an employe of the Anniston Ordnance Depot 
for nine years, died yesterday in the Clay County Hospital at Ashland following, 
an illness of two months. Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Saturday 
morning at the Barfield Baptist Church with the Revs. Clyde Latham and Reuben 
Birchfield officiating. Burial will be In the Barfield Cemetery, Blair Funeral 
Home of Lineville directing, Mr. Rice is survived by the widow, Mrs. Louise Rice; 
his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John H. Rice; three brothers and three sisters.
