Lineville Headlight
G. C. Shaddix was born March 1, 1878, and departed life December 24, 1911, aged 
33 years, 6 months 24 days. His form laid to rest in the Concord cemetery to wait 
the resurrection. The services be convicted by Rev. Ingram. He was married to 
Miss Cummie Owen September 1901, and from his union children were born, all are 
living. The deceased joined Concord Church the age sixteen was and was baptized 
by Rev. Jas A. Shaddix and he lived and consistent member of church. He was true 
and faithful husband, a kind father obedient son...... His sister Pearl Shaddix.
