Funeral services were held at 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at Union Church in 
Delta for Mrs. Nancy Shaddix of Blue Mountain, who died at 10:45 o'clock Monday 
night Mrs. Shaddix died at the home of her daughter. Mrs. H. B. Johnson, at Delta 
at the age of 80. She had been in a week. The Rev. Oscar Parker officiated at the 
final rites and interment was in Union Cemetery, directed by Usrey. Surviving are 
a son. W. J. Shaddix of Delta, and two daughters, Mrs. Johnson of Delta and Mrs. 
J. F. Dempsey, Blue Mountain, grandsons were pallbearers.
