Funeral services for James Howell Shaddix, 17, who died at his residence, 
Anniston, Rt. 1 Thursday night, were held at 10 o'clock yesterday morning at the 
Mount Moriah Church, with the Rev. Grover Shaddix officiating. Burial was in the 
adjoining cemetery, Usrey in charge. Survivors include the parents, Mr. and Mrs. 
J. E. Shaddix; one brother, Therman Shaddix; one sister, Myra Jean Shaddix; and 
the grandmothers, Mrs. Haley Shaddix and; Mr. Alice Brooks, both of Delta, Ala
