Shaddix, 77, a former resident of Anniston, died Wednesday. Funeral services will be announced later by Blair Funeral Home of Lineville. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Annie Shaddix of Miami, a daughter, Mrs. Noreen Gorham two sons, Baron and Jimmy Paul all of Florida; four grandchildren; three great- grandchildren four brothers A.L. of Byrum, D.N. of Gadston, A. Z. L. of Lineville and J. C. of Birmingham; two sisters, Mrs. Joe Creed of Ragland and Mrs. J. M. Anders of Jacksonville, A native of Clay County, Mr. Shaddix was a retired employe Anniston Army Depot. He had moved Florida years ago after his retirement.
