Memorial services for Mrs. Lera A. Sims, 80, of Stanton Street in Jacksonville 
will be Tuesday at 9 a.m. at Roebuck-Greenlawn Chapel with funeral services at 
Black's Chapel in Clay County at 11 a.m. and the Rev. James D. Lawson and the 
Rev. James Duke officiating. Burial will be in Black's Chapel Cemetery with 
Roebuck-Greenlawn Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Sims died Sunday at Jacksonville 
Hospital after a short illness. Survivors, include a son, Lecil Sims of 
Jacksonville; a sister, Mrs. Liddie Boozer of Anniston; and three grandchildren. 
Mrs. Sims was a native of Clay County and a resident of Jacksonville the past 16 
years. She was a member of West Side Baptist Church.
