Sims, 10, of 2101 Pine Avenue, died at his residence at 11:15 o'clock yesterday morning. Funeral Services will be held at the Providence Church, near Delta. at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon with the Rev J.E. Stauffer and the Rev. Durro Wood officiating. Arrangements will be in charge of Jones funeral Home. Mr. Sims is survived by his wife. Mrs. A. C. Sims: four sons, Jesse Sims of Delta, Sammy K. Sims of Norfolk Va., Delmus Sims of Compton Calif., and Warner Sims of Goodwater five daughters. Mrs. J. K. Character, Mrs. J. Denman, and Mrs. E. A. Russell of Anniston. Mrs. J.A. Usrev of Pensacola and Mrs. Thelma Schumacher of Compton; one stepson, Henry Amos of Anniston: one stepdaughter, Miss Josephine Amos of Anniston: two brothers, Luther Sims of Anniston and: Lewis Sims of Delta: two sisters, Mrs. Huel Harris of Delta and Mrs. John Mitchell of Lanett: 23 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The sons-in- law will serve as pallbearers.
