Alexander City  Outlock
Final rites were conducted last Saturday for Raymond Smith, 51, who died at 
Russell Hospital Friday. Services were held at the Mt. Zion Church and interment 
was in Mt. Ararat Cemetery, with Brady Whatley Funeral Home in charge. 
Pallbearers were S. J. Allen, Emery Allen, S. J. Strickling, Dan Smith, Willis 
Allen and Warner Allen. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Myrtle Smith; seven sons, 
Harvell, Ordie, Elbert, Claud, Clyde, John and Thurman Smith, all of Alexander 
City; three daughters, Mrs. Connie Newman and Misses Lamu-rial and Christine 
Smith, of Alexander City Rt. 3.

Son of Doctor S. Smith and Nancy Browning.
