Anniston Star
Funeral services were conducted for John Harrison Sprayberry at Mt. Olive Baptist 
Church Friday, The Rev. Gus Young and O. D. Parker officiated with burial in the 
church cemetery. The Delta Odd Fellows Lodge was in charge of graveside services. 
Blair Funer al Home, Lineville was in charge. Mr. Sprayberry died at his home 
Thursday following an illness of several months. He had resided in Clay County 
all his life. He is survived by his wife. Mrs. Sarah Sprayberry, Rt. 2, Delta; 
two daughters. Mrs. Kathryn Brooks, Mrs. Clara Smith, Rt. 1. Delta; four sons, 
Floyd Sprayberry, Delta, Calyton Sprayberry, Rt. 5, Anniston, Jesse Sprayberry, 
San Leandro, Calif., and Eulless Sprayberry, Rt. 6, Oxford.
