Ashland Progress
Mrs. I. M. Stansell, wife of E. A. Stansell departed this life June 27, 1917. She 
was the daughter of W. T. Hembry and was born May 20, 1858. She was married to E. 
A. Stansell Dec. 23, 1877, joined the Baptist church in 1878 and was the mother 
of three children two boys and one girl. The oldest son died in 1885 but the 
younger son and daughter survive their mother and were at her bedside when she 
died. She was buried in Union cemetery June 28.
