Anniston Star
Our entire community was made sad Monday morning by the death of Mr. Dave 
Stephens who bad resided here most of his 83 years of life. He was a highly 
respected citizen. A large crowd attended his funeral at Shiloh-Delta, which was 
con ducted by the Rev. B. W. Mathews, the Rev. W. L. Sprayberry and the G.F. 
Daugherty. He was laid to rest in Shiloh Cemetery, with Blair directing.
