Ashland Progress
News was received here Thursday of the death of Mrs. G. C. Fordham whose home was 
in the Shiloh-Delta community. The deceased was 27 years of age and is survived 
by her husband and one daughter, Irene, her mother Mrs. Stephens. and two 
brothers and five sisters. Funeral services were held at Shiloh-Delta on Friday 
afternoon, con ducted by Rev. Robert Ingram. Interment was in the nearby 
cemetery, Blair in charge. Pallbearers were: A. L. Crumpton W. D. Fordham, R. L. 
Crumpton, H. McEachern, A. T. Vaughn, J. Russell.
